One Pot Jambalaya
  1. Turn your stovetop to low-medium heat. Add onions, celery, green onions, bell peppers, garlic, and butter. Saute until the onions, and the celery is translucent.

  2. Add rice, water, canned tomatoes, tomato paste, Cajun seasoning, thyme and cut Klements® smoked sausage.

  3. Cover and cook over medium heat. Remove and stir every few minutes. Cook until the rice is tender, about 25-30 minutes.

  4. Add cut pineapple to the dish before serving.
