Slow Cooker Jambalaya
  1. Add all the ingredients, except the shrimp, to the slow cooker and stir to combine.

  2. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Before the last 20 minutes of cooking, stir in the shrimp.

  3. Serve over rice garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
