Healthy & Easy Low Calorie Crispy Hashbrowns
  1. Peel the potatoes and place them in a bowl of water for 15 minutes

  2. Grate the potatoes and squeeze out as much water as possible

  3. Place the grated potatoes back in a bowl with 2 eggs, cornflour, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper

  4. Add the low fat cheese and mix everything together

  5. Lightly spray a tray with baking paper with cooking oil spray

  6. Using your hands, form 8 even hash browns

  7. Place them in the freezer for about an hour to let them firm up

  8. Add a bit more cooking spray to the hash browns

  9. Air fry or bake according to your preference until crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside
