Lone Star Dixie Chicken
  1. Julienne the carrot and slice other vegetables finely. Then set aside

  2. Cut the breasts in half or quarters depending on size

  3. Season with salt & pepper, then cover with flour

  4. Heat some oil in a frypan and fry chicken till golden brown

  5. Add the white wine, then add the chicken stock. Simmer for 5-10 minutes

  6. Add the cream

  7. While poaching add some salt & pepper and the garlic

  8. When nearly done add the prepped vegetables and simmer for 2 more minutes

  9. Take off heat and add chopped parsley

  10. Stir well and serve.
