  1. Mix and knead dough until soft and elastic.

  2. You may have to add a bit more flour or a splash of water depending on the size of your eggs.

  3. The dough should NOT be sticky. Think play dough.

  4. Let dough rest for 30 min or so before rolling out and cutting.
