Chocolate Peanut Butter Slice
  1. Add peanut butter, honey and vanilla extract to a bowl. Mix until combined.

  2. Fold in rice cakes or corn thins.

  3. Scoop into a lined 1 litre container. Gently flatten mixture with the back of a spoon.

  4. Top with salted peanuts.

  5. In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate and coconut oil. Pour chocolate on top of the peanut layer and evenly spread.

  6. Place in the freezer to set for 2-3 hours. Once set, slice into 8 and store in the fridge. Enjoy!
