Lori's Slow Cooker Teriyaki
  1. Cut meat into 2 inch cubes. Sear on each side. Add onions, cook down a bit in the juice with extra oil/butter if needed.

  2. add in garlic and ginger, cook til fragrant. Deglaze pan with chicken broth. Add in the rest of the sauce ingridients.

  3. Mix together to sauce, stir in. Slow cook on high or simmer on low for 4-6 hours.

  4. While this cooks, make salad (probably in the last 15 minutes, or wait to put on dressing so it won't get soggy)

  5. Serve with salad and rice
