Sausage Croissant Breakfast Casserole
  1. In a skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat, breaking it into pieces as it cooks.

  2. Spray a 9x13" baking dish with cooking spray.

  3. Spread the cubed croissants on the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle with the cooked sausage and shredded cheese.

  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

  5. Pour the egg mixture over the croissants/sausage/cheese.

  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  7. In the morning, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  8. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, until golden brown and no longer wet in the middle.

  9. Serve and enjoy!
