Preheat oven to 350°F and generously grease a standard bundt pan with butter.
Separate biscuits and cut each one into four quarters. Place biscuit pieces in a large bowl and toss with the melted butter and olive oil. Season with oregano and garlic.
In a small bowl toss together the both types of olives and feta cheese.
Sprinkle a thin layer of the olive mixture in the bottom of the prepared pan.
Layer on about a third of the dough pieces to the pan then sprinkle on more of the olive mixture and half and half the mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers again and end with a layer of dough pieces.
Cover bundt with foil and bake for 45 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes or until golden.
Allow monkey bread to cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
