Natural Chest & Throat Soother
  1. Add all solid ingredients (onion, garlic, lemon, ginger, cinnamon) into a large pot

  2. Cover with 2 liters of water

  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes

  4. Pour through a sieve into your mug

  5. Add a tablespoon of raw honey and drink it warm
