Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray. Set aside.
Prepare elbow macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, combine cheeses and reserve ½ c. for later. Whisk soup, sour cream, milk and seasonings together in a large bowl. Add ham, 1 ½ c. of cheese and pasta. Stir until combined. Pour into prepared dish.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and top with reserved cheese. Return to the oven for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
