Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
In a separate bowl, mix the peanut butter with sugar and softened butter until well combined.
Pour a layer of melted chocolate into the bottom of cupcake liners.
Add a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate layer.
