Air Fryer Chicken Burrito Bowl Recipe
  1. Combine the chicken thighs, salt, pepper, garlic, chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chile powder, cumin, oregano, and olive oil in a bowl.

  2. Place the crisper plate into the COSORI air fryer basket.

  3. Select the preheat function, and adjust the temperature to 385 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, tap start/pause.

  4. Place the chicken thighs onto the preheated crisper plate.

  5. Select the air fryer function, adjust the time to 16 minutes, and tap start/pause.

  6. Remove the chicken when done, and squeeze the juice of 1 lime over the top. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes. Then, slice.

  7. Serve the chipotle chicken in bowls with rice, black beans, shredded lettuce, sliced avocado, and salsa.
