  2. Add Greek yogurt to a mixing bowl

  3. Crack in the eggs

  4. Add cocoa powder and sweetener if using

  5. Whisk until the batter becomes smooth

  6. Pour the batter into a lined baking pan

  7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until set

  8. Let cool completely

  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours

  10. Slice and serve cold
