Add half & half, sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, peppermint extract, instant espresso/coffee powder, and salt to a blender.
Blend until smooth and fully combined.
Pour into a mason jar or airtight container.
Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Shake before each use.
