Make the filling by mixing together the ground beef, ricotta cheese, ½ cup of the mozzarella cheese, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Spread the filling evenly onto each lasagna noodle.
Roll up the noodles and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
