Orange & Almond Muffins
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 6-cup muffin tin or use a silicone mold.

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs. Add almond flour, honey, baking powder, orange juice, and zest. Mix gently until smooth.

  3. Divide the batter evenly into the muffin cups.

  4. Sprinkle with almond flakes.

  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until golden and set.

  6. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
