If using roast garlic, place in tinfoil with olive oil & sea salt. Cook in airfyer for 25 mins on roast or Airfry @ 190c
Place tomatoes, shallots, garlic cloves if using, basil in the Airfryer drawer, season & drizzle with olive oil.
Cook on Roast setting for 15 mins or Airfry @190C
Pour into blender, add basil & stock if using & blend.
Make cheese Toasties with bread buttered on outside and Airfry for 10 mins @200C
Serve soup with cream & fresh basil
