Garlic Butter Lemon Pepper Lobster Tails (Cajun Sauce)
  1. Prepare and clean your lobster tails

  2. Add butter to a small pot or pan on medium low heat and melt the butter

  3. Add minced garlic and fry on low until fragrant

  4. Add the lemon pepper and sugar and continue to fry for another minute

  5. Add the blended garlic coconut water and simmer and reduce by a quarter

  6. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed

  7. Brush the sauce on the lobster tails then bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes

  8. Remove from oven, brush with more sauce and garnish with parsley
