Spaghetti Bolognese

    Preparation

  1. We make a chopped celery carrot and onion

  2. We make the sauté after which we brown the meat in it

  3. Once the meat is cooked we deglaze with red wine once the alcohol has evaporated

  4. We add the tomato pulp

  5. And we let it cook at. Low heat for at least 2 hours

  6. After that you will just throw in the pasta cook it and season it with the sauce you have made
