Protein Chilli Paneer
  1. Cut your apetina paneer and coat with corn flour, salt, pepper, paprika and oil spray. Air fry until crispy(roughly 10 mins at 180 degrees)

  2. In a pan add oil spray, garlic and onion. Once the onion is soft add the paneer, bell peppers, salt, pepper, sugar, dark soya sauce and maggi seasoning
