Spaghetti Aglio Olio e Peperoncino
  1. Cook pasta 2min less than the package instruction says.

  2. Finely chop the garlic, parsley, and chili flakes.

  3. Heat up the olive oil in a pan.

  4. Sauté the garlic, then add chili flakes and at last the parsley.

  5. Stir in the pasta with 1 cup (250ml) pasta water while stirring constantly.

  6. Keep cooking for 2-4 more minutes and season with salt and pepper.
