For the raspberry syrup (recipe adapted from Live Simply): Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve. Store in the refrigerator.
For the orange syrup: Place the orange juice, water, and sugar in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the orange extract. Store in the refrigerator. Shake before using.
