Melt 1 to 1.5 cups of chocolate chips
Pour the melted chocolate into the pumpkin mixture and process again until thick and uniform
Line a small dish with parchment paper, place raspberries in a rectangle shape, and pour the mixture over top
Freeze for 3 hours, then cut into bite-size pieces
