In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with soy sauce, chili sauce, and honey. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes.
Add garlic and paprika to the pot and sauté for another minute.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
Lower the heat and stir in heavy cream. Simmer for 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens slightly.
Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
