Maurice Salad
  1. In a small bowl mix the vinegar, lemon juice, onion juice, sugar, Dijon and dry mustard.

  2. Whisk until sugar dissolves.

  3. Add the mayonnaise, egg, and parsley.

  4. Add the ham, turkey, cheese and sweet pickles to a medium bowl.

  5. Add a little dressing and toss.

  6. To a large serving bowl add the lettuce and top with the meat/pickle mixture.

  7. Drizzle remaining dressing over top and toss.

  8. Top with green olives and hard boiled eggs.
