In a pan, sauté minced garlic & olive oil until golden.
Add in as much orzo as you'd like, and cook until slightly toasted.
Add enough chicken broth until the orzo is just about covered & add salt to taste.
Simmer and occasionally stir until the orzo has soaked up most of the broth. Continue to add more broth like you would cook a risotto until the orzo is Al dente.
Add in a cup of frozen peas, the juice of one lemon, and fresh cracked black pepper.
Top with as much parmesan cheese as you'd like or until orzo becomes creamy.
Top with more lemon juice & black pepper + serve & enjoy!
