Giada De Laurentiis Italian Tuna Salad
  1. Drain and flake the tuna and place it in a bowl

  2. Add arugula, bitter greens, and cannellini beans to the bowl

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, chopped capers, and salt to make the dressing

  4. Pour the dressing over the tuna and salad ingredients and toss to combine

  5. Top the salad with sliced fennel and parsley

  6. Serve and enjoy!
