Rotisserie Chicken Casserole
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Grease a 9x13 baking dish and set it aside.

  3. Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl.

  4. Add the mixture to the baking dish, into an even layer.

  5. Add the cornflakes into a Ziplock bag and crush them into small pieces using a rolling pin.

  6. Sprinkle the crushed cornflakes on the top of the casserole.

  7. Drizzle melted butter on top.

  8. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until casserole is heated through.

  9. Let cool for 10 minutes, and serve.
