Whisk 1 egg with chopsticks then divide in half to get ½ egg
Mix together butter, egg, sugar, cocoa powder, flour, and vanilla bean paste until consistency resembles ribbons falling off your spatula
If mixture is too dry, add ½ - 1 tbsp milk and/or 1 tbsp oil
Prepare a water bath
Bake in water bath at 325°F for 25 minutes on middle rack
Move to lowest rack and bake for 5-10 minutes
Top with flaky sea salt before serving
