In a bowl add all the ingredients for the garlic cream cheese filling and mix thoroughly until well combined.
Once combined transfer to a pipping bag and set aside.
Mix together the ingredients for the garlic butter and set aside.
Now, make crosscuts halfway into each roll dividing them into 4 connected pieces.
Fill the crosscuts with the garlic cream cheese filling to the best of your ability.
Brush on the garlic butter and place on the middle rack of a preheated oven at 350F.
Bake for 13-15 minutes or until the filling is melted and the tops are golden brown.
Once baked, topped with remaining garlic butter and some parmesan cheese.
Serve while warm and enjoy!
