Banana Bread For Those Who Don't Love Banana Bread
  1. Preheat the oven at 175 degrees C (350 degrees F).

  2. Melt the butter and put that in a bowl. Add sugar and whisk. Add eggs one at a time and whisk.

  3. Add milk and vanilla. Whisk. Add mashed bananas, whisk. Add baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.

  4. Add flour and combine well.

  5. Add chocolate chips, nuts or any other optional ingredients.

  6. Pour the batter into a buttered pan and bake for 55 minutes.

  7. Let it cool, then remove and eat.
