Blueberry Cake
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F

  2. Brown butter: add ¾ cup melted butter to a sauce pan, heat at medium heat stirring gently until browned (about 7-10 minutes, should be simmering)

  3. Blend all of your ingredients except blueberries

  4. Coat your blueberries in flour and carefully fold them into the mix (this will prevent them from sinking!)

  5. Add a sheet of parchment paper (or coat with butter) to your 8 inch cake pan and pour in the mix

  6. Bake for about 70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean

  7. Let cool, serve and enjoy
