In a food processor, combine the tofu, black beans, garlic, onion, lemongrass, ground coriander, ground cinnamon, and breadcrumbs. Pulse until you have fine crumbs.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl, then scoop some out and, using wet hands, roll it into balls.
Place all the rolled meatballs in an air fryer and cook for 16 minutes at 190°C.
In a jar with a lid, combine all the sauce ingredients and shake well.
When there are 5 minutes left for the meatballs to cook, heat the sauce in a pan over low-medium heat. Stir, and once it thickens, add the meatballs and coat them in the sauce.
Serve the meatballs with rice, vegetables, and enjoy!
