Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Potatoes
  1. Dice the steak into 1- 1 ½ inch pieces. Place the steak bites into a large mixing bowl and add 1 teaspoon olive oil, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper. Toss the steak bites around until each piece is coated with seasoning and set them to the side to marinate for 15-30 minutes.

  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then dice them into 1-inch sized pieces. Rinse the diced potatoes with cold water then pat them dry with a paper towel. Place the diced potatoes into a small bowl then drizzle in 1 teaspoon of olive oil and season them with seasoned salt then toss until each piece is coated with seasoning.

  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees and add in the potatoes. Cook them for 15-20 minutes or until they are fork tender. Be sure to toss them around every 5 minutes to prevent burning.

  4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat then add in the steak bites. Allow the steak bites to cook for 2-3 minutes before flipping. Cook the steak to your liking.

  5. When the steak is ready, add butter to the skillet. After it melts, add minced garlic and cook for 30-45 seconds, then turn off the heat.

  6. Add the cooked potatoes to the skillet and toss everything together. Serve and enjoy your tasty garlic butter steak bites with crispy potatoes.
