Low Carb Fried Cheese Sticks
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and pour enough oil to create a thin layer in the pan.

  2. Add 1 tablespoon of butter when the oil starts sizzling.

  3. Slice the cheese into 1" sticks and fry each side for about 60-90 seconds in the oil.

  4. Eat right away while the cheese sticks are gooey.
