Cut two chicken breasts into cubes.
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to the chicken and mix.
Add oil to a pan on medium heat.
Cook chicken for about 10 minutes total until cooked through.
Set chicken aside.
To the same pan, add butter, 1 onion, 2 carrots, and 2 tablespoons of minced garlic.
Cook vegetables for about 3 to 4 minutes.
Toast 1 cup of orzo.
Add about 2 ½ cups chicken broth.
Let cook uncovered for about 5 minutes.
Add one head of chopped broccoli.
Let cook covered for another five minutes.
Add chicken back to the pan to warm up.
Add ¼ cup of milk.
Add about 6 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese.
Add ¼ cup of grated Parmesan.
Let everything melt together.
Add salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
