In a pan over medium heat, saute olive oil, garlic, and ginger until golden.
Add ground beef and spices. Mash and brown the meat.
Add tomato sauce and cilantro. Cook until browned. Cool.
Prepare dough by mixing warm water, sugar, and yeast. Add flour, yogurt, olive oil, and salt. Knead and let it rise.
Divide dough, flatten, add meat filling, seal and roll out.
Cook on a skillet until golden brown on both sides.
Brush with garlic cilantro butter and serve warm.
