Easy Low-carb Reese’s Inspired Brownies
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).

  2. Line a 9” cake dish with parchment paper and grease lightly.

  3. Separate egg whites and yolks into two bowls.

  4. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, set aside.

  5. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, using 30-second intervals and stirring in between. (Ensure chocolate chips are suitable for melting in a microwave.)

  6. Once melted, gently fold in egg yolks into the chocolate.

  7. Carefully fold in the egg whites, maintaining the mixture’s fluffiness.

  8. Pour mixture into the prepared dish.

  9. Drizzle peanut butter over the top and use a butter knife to create swirls.

  10. Bake for 30 minutes or until the brownies are set.

  11. Allow to cool before cutting into servings.
