Stirring constantly, cook until thick and mixture releases from the pan easily (about 5-7 minutes).
Slowly pour in the heavy cream and mix to combine.
Cook for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
Transfer pudding to small serving bowls or one large bowl and allow it to fully cool.
