Low Carb High Protein Rice Paper Burger
  1. Season the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper and cook it fully. Set aside.

  2. Whisk 1 egg and dip each rice paper sheet into the egg wash until soft.

  3. Layer the rice paper with the cooked ground beef, 100g sweet potato, and shredded mozzarella. Then roll it up and twist it into a little spiral.

  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.

  5. Place in the air fryer at 450° and cook for 6-8 minutes, until crispy and cooked through.

  6. Mix mayonnaise with ketchup and drizzle on top as sauce.
