Warm up ½ cup of milk of choice
Add 8 medjool dates and mash until broken down and mixed with some bits remaining
Add 5 crushed rice cakes to the mixture
Shape the mixture into 8 mini bars
Lay out ¼ cup roasted salt peanuts and ¼ cup raisins
Roll the bars into the peanuts and raisins, pressing slightly
Freeze for about 1 hour
Melt 100g of 75% dark chocolate
Dip the frozen bars into the melted chocolate
Sprinkle flaky sea salt over the chocolate-coated bars
Keep in the freezer for a chewy taste
