  1. Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. Place Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes in a shallow baking dish; set aside.

  3. Combine butter, sugar and syrup in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until thicken, stirring occasionally.

  4. Pour sauce over sweet potatoes, sprinkle with nutmeg & cinnamon and top with marshmallows bake for 20-30 minutes. Sprinkle with nutmeg and/or ground cinnamon. Don't over fill pan or marshmallows to avoid leaking.

NOTE : Can make the day before for thanksgiving. Reheat in the oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
