Add sweet potato, broccoli, onion, and crumbled feta to a baking tray. Season well.
Roast in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes. Then add chicken and cook for 20–25 minutes.
Mix the yoghurt, tahini, cumin, lemon, salt, and water into a smooth dressing.
Drizzle over the tray bake, serve, and enjoy.
