Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, ½ cup parmesan cheese, egg, milk, grated onion, 3 cloves of minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
Mix gently with your hands just until combined. Do not overmix, or the meatloaves will become tough.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions. Shape them into oval loaves and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
Bake for 20 minutes.
While baking, mix the melted butter with the remaining 1 clove of minced garlic and the chopped parsley.
Remove the loaves from the oven. Brush the garlic butter generously over the tops and sprinkle with the remaining 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese.
Return to the oven and bake for another 5-8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the cheese on top is golden.
