Healthy Carrot Raisin Salad
  1. In a large bowl, mix the parsley, olive oil, dijon mustard, lemon juice, orange juice, garlic powder, brown sugar, and salt.

  2. Then add in the grated carrot, raisins, and nuts. Mix well, making sure all the dressing is mixed in with the grated carrots.

  3. Let the salad sit in the fridge for 15 minutes and serve.
