Puff Pastry
  1. Add butter, flour, and salt to a food processor and pulse until a sandy texture.

  2. Add water and pulse until dough balls form.

  3. Dump onto your counter and form into a disk.

  4. Roll out to ¼ inch thick.

  5. Cut in half, and stack the 2 halves.

  6. Roll out again and repeat the process at least 3 times.

  7. This creates the layers in the dough.

  8. Fold 3 times lightly, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate 1 hour.
