Pit the dates and place them on a lined baking tray, flattening then down with a glass
Spoon 1 tsp peanut butter on top of each one
Melt chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan with two inches of water in on a low heat stirring gently until melted. Spoon the chocolate on top of the dates and chill until set, then sprinkle with peanuts
Store in the fridge or freezer, I love them from frozen!
