Mix thinly sliced chicken breast with 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp smoked paprika
Add light butter to a pan on medium heat and cook the chicken for 4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through
Set the cooked chicken aside
Add diced onion to the pan and cook it through with the chicken juices
Add diced garlic and 150ml chicken broth to the pan
Add 400ml fat-free evaporated milk to the pan
Add 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp smoked paprika, and 1 tsp chicken stock powder
Add 45g grated Parmesan cheese and 80g light cream cheese, and mix until smooth and creamy
Add chopped spinach and mix through
Add washed rice to a rice cooker with 700ml chicken broth and 1 tsp chicken stock powder instead of water
Once rice is cooked, evenly divide the chicken, creamy garlic sauce, and rice into six equal servings
