Homemade Tortillas
  1. Mix the flour, salt, and baking powder.

  2. Mix the warm water and 3-4 Tbsp oil, then knead for a few minutes.

  3. Shape the dough into 8 or 16 balls and let them rest for 15 minutes.

  4. Roll the balls out thinly and fry on high heat for 45 seconds each side.

  5. Store the tortillas in a kitchen towel to keep them soft or heat them up briefly before using.
